• Due to unpredictability of travel and local regulations, we are allowing borrowers to cancel up to 24 hours prior to the start of the rental without cancellation fee.

• Contactless rentals are a priority- We suggest that the rentor place items on the ground at the door or meeting place, step back 6’, and wait for the item to be collected by the rentee. Please wait to confirm visually that the rental has been received and do not leave the item(s) unattended at any point. For the safety of both parties, please use a mask when handling the items- some customers prefer to handle items before cleaning with disposable gloves.

• We recommend that rentor and rentee both carefully clean items when they are received and returned. Please use caution cleaning delicate surfaces. Additionally, rentors can opt to schedule 3-4 days between rentals as an additional measure of safety.
